Terms and Conditions of Use - Free Speed Reader

1. You will not be charged for use of this tool (the ka72.com free speed reader). If you have been required to pay a fee to use this site, please report this fact to dylan@ka72.com.
2. Files uploaded via this tool are processed with a standard set of windsurfing-oriented measures. Only these measures are available at present.
3. Files uploaded via this tool are available for others to download and inspect for a period of up to two weeks. If you wish to remove a file before that period expires, please email dylan@ka72.com
4. Files uploaded via this tool may be removed from the site by administrators without consultation. This typically happens where files contain potentially private information.
5. Files uploaded via this tool are considered to be anonymous contributions to the site database, and may be stored and mined for non-personal data after the two week period mentioned in point 3 above expires.
6. KML files generated from uploaded files will remain publicly available indefinately at the discretion of site administrators, but may be removed at your request.
7. Speeds and other statistics will be retained indefinately in the site database.
8. These terms may change from time to time. All changes in terms and conditions will be noted on the news page.
